My Story
Hello, I’m Martha and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Upon completion of the five-year intensive psychotherapy training program at the Ontario Psychotherapy and Counseling College, I earned a Diploma in Psychotherapy with a Focus on Psychodynamic.

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I focus on understanding your current emotions and behaviours by delving into unconscious feelings, thoughts, and conflicts. This approach involves:
